What does Jukwaa take?
10% of each sale, which covers payment processing, hosting, delivery, invoicing and support. No listing fees, no monthly fees.
Who owns my work?
You do. You grant buyers the licence you choose and grant Jukwaa only what it needs to host, preview and deliver your files. Remove a product any time.
How are refunds handled?
Requests come to you and to us. Broken, misdescribed or missing products are refunded. Change of mind on a downloaded file is not, unless you choose to.
Can I sell in Kiswahili?
Yes. Write your listing in either language or both. Buyers filter by language, and the checkout is bilingual.
